Breakfast
1 multi-grain English muffin with two tsps. margarine
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
1 banana
1 cup skim milk
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Chicken salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and fat free dressing
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Rotisserie chicken
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 cup skim milk
1 can chunky soup
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Evening Snack
Candy to watch with TV or DVD
2 cups water
I have a cold today. I will be doing alot of running around in the car with my husband, but as long as I take DayQuil, and have alot of Kleenex, I'll be OK.

Breakfast: LA smoothie with pineapple, 1 oz lowfat cheese, 3 lowfat Triscuits, lemon LA Lite Bar
Snack: apple, chocolate crunch LA Lite Bar
Lunch: LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, 3/4 oz mixed nuts, LA cheese curls, orange, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Supper: veal chop, salad- lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato, cauliflower, fat free dressing
