Wednesday Exercise
hi there folks.
Today I tried my new exercise ball and Pilates tape. Wow, it's amazing the workout you get just trying to stay ON the ball. I did fairly well for the first time and really really felt it!!! I did the exercises for 30 minutes. I am going to do this on my off nights from the gym.

Oh, by the way, I have stayed off of the scale for 2 whole days now!!!!!!

Congratulations on keeping away from the Metal Monster. I know that sometimes it tells us what we want and deserve to hear, but some days, it just messes you all up with some random number that knocks the wind out of your sails!!! I weigh in FAR too often, and I'm trying to not step on the scale daily, but it just seems to call my name the second I get to the gym!!! You're strong!! I will live vicariously through you!!!
Today:
85 minutes cardio: lower body weights.
