Monday exercise challenge

Hi folks and happy Monday. Was a regular gym day for me today: 45 minutes elliptical 25 minutes weights 10 minute ball I have purchased a ball and a pilates tape for home. I am going to do the tape on my days off from the gym and on the weekends. I wanted to make sure I got some organized exercise into all my days! Hope everyone had a beautiful day. Donna

After work - 35 minutes on treadmill I'm going to try adding 5 minutes per wee****il I get to an hour.
