Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes with margarine
1/4 cup honey
Mrs. Butterworth's sugar free pancake syrup
2 scrambled eggs
1 cup orange juice
1 cup skim milk
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Subway roast beef and cheese sandwich (6 inch one)
Small bag chips
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can no salt vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 blueberry muffin with margarine melted on it
2 cups water
I will not eat any donuts or cookies from choir rehearsal this evening, nor bring any home.

Snack: chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar, apple
Lunch: orange, LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, 3/4 oz. mixed nuts, Dannon lowcarb yogurt
Supper: 6 oz. steak, broccoli and cauliflower cooked with 1. T. lowfat margarine, veggie quesadillas ( lowfat tortilla, peppers, green onion, 1. T. fat free cream cheese), 2 T. salsa
