The daily menu, and excersize challenge have really been helping ME to keep myself in check. I was thinking that a weekly weigh-in would help too! If you don't want to post your actual weight, that's fine, just a figure of how much lost since you started would do! I think I'll be doing it every Saturday...
Anyways, here's my Saturday Stats!
Original weight: 250
Weight on 1/1/06: 188
CURRENT: 174!!
Goal: 140
-14 lbs since Jan 1!
-24 lbs to go until I hit the century mark!!!

I think this is a great idea. Maybe it will help to keep me off of the scale the other days if I know that we will have a weigh on in Saturday!!!
Here are my numbers:
Original weight on January 26, 2005 - 352
Weight when I started my program on July 7, 2005 - 342
Weight on 1/1/2006 - 256
CURRENT: 246
Goal: 200

I think that's a great idea. For all of us who need motivation, to actually see where other members have come from--the ups and the downs, is really helpful.

I think this will be extremely helpful for me! I don't tell people my weight, so to be able to share it here, where we all acknowledge and support each other, will be good for me!

Weight today - February 4, 2006 - 347.7 (ouch, gained a couple of those 12 pounds back!............time to get back serious! UGh, just in time for the SuperBowl! )

I think this is a great idea. I, too, don't talk about my weight to anyone, so this will be a good place to say it all outloud, so to speak.

Lost - 12 pounds
Goal -

I still don't have the nerve to actually put my weight in print. I will give these stats.
Started exercise & food plan 10/26/05
So far lost 39.75 lbs.
I still would like to lose at least 140 lbs. and I really think I'm going to do it for keeps this time. I get weighed every Wednesday at my Dr.'s office and I sure wouldn't mind posting each Saturday as well.
