Thursday's exercise challenge

Where are my fellow sweatin' ladies?! I know you're out there--doing your thing, but forgetting to come post. Naughty...naughty...
I try to post everyday , but some days, there is just too much to do--right, Lynette!!! But I'm here anyway, sharing my story, gaining so much from all of yours....
90 minutes cardio: 60 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes bike, 20 minutes lower body weights.
Day 6 of my new eating plan. I'm feeling GREAT!!

Hi Jessica,
I've been working on the papers due for my online class. So much reading and writing every week. And teaching is hard this year. Those first 3 years of a child's life are so important. Schools can only do so much with what is given to us from the home to work with. I once heard someone say that self-control was more important than self-esteem. If you think about it, I believe that is true. How can a person have self-esteem without self-control? I don't know what all that has to do with exercise, but I just had to say it.
Morning: 45 minutes Pilates
Didn't go to the Y today.
