Thursday Ground Hog Day Menu

Breakfast 1 cup Cream of Wheat 1 cup skim milk 1 banana 1/4 cup scrambled cheesy egg substitute, made with fat free cheese Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 1 Slimfast Muffin bar 2 cups water 1 pouch Whole Grain Twists Lunch Chicken salad w/veggies, low fat drsng, croutons, & fat free shr. cheese 2 graham crackers 8 oz. Breyers low sugar, low fat yogurt w/fruit 1 apple 2 sugar free Jello cups 2 cups water Dinner 1 cup Nothing-To-It Chili 1 cup unsweetened applesauce Diet root beer I don't believe in the ground hog superstition, but I always know that by February 2 there are only six weeks of winter left (officially). Meal 1: Oatmeal, 1Tbsp light margarine, 1/8c milk Meal 2: Soup, cottage cheese Snack: 2pcs ham, 1pc string cheese Meal 3: Chicken breast on top of spinich leaves with light ranch dressing Snack: 2 C popcorn My plan consists of 4 small meals a day (300 calories) and two snacks if I want them--for a total of 1500 calories a day. I eat, by and large what I want to, but since junk food goes right through me and is high in calories-- and I'm hungry again within an hour, I eat more protien, and veggies. I drink Crystal Lite and diet soda sometimes, but mostly it's icewater for me. Thanks for asking! Jessica

B -- protein shake, whole wheat cereal w/milk S -- 2 strips of bacon L -- celery and blue cheese dressing S -- raisons D -- chicken, have yet to decide how it will be prepared though Lots and lots of water today, too.

Breakfast: smoothie with blueberries, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, 3 lowfat Triscuits, peanut butter LA Lite Bar Snack: chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar Lunch: orange, LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, 3/4 oz. mixed nuts, Dannon lowcarb yogurt Supper: roasted turkey breast, salad- lettuce, spinach, pepper, broccoli sprouts, fat free dressing, strawberries Still maintain my weight.
