Exercise Challenge-Wed.
95 minutes of cardio: 60 elliptical, and 35 recumbant bike. Then 25 minutes of upper body weights. Whew!!! What a sweat mess I am!! But my food plan is kickin' major butt!! I'm not hungry, and I'm feeling like this is do-able. I love to see what you all are doing for exercise, and what you're all eating. It gives me ideas, and I hope I can help someone with my input, too.
Keep doin' your thing, Phillis!!! And all of you reading this: YOU ROCK!!! Any day you get up and start doing this again---for one more day, just know that it's monumental!!! Dedecation and support: that's how we do it here!!
