Breakfast
1 cup Spoon Size Shredded Wheat
1 cup skim milk
1 banana
1/4 cup cheesy egg substitute scrambled with fat free cheese
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
1 Slimfast Muffin bar
2 cups water
Lunch
Chicken salad with sweet onion dressing, veggies, fat free shredded cheese, and croutons
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists
2 sugar free Jello cups
8 oz. Breyer's yogurt with fruit (low sugar, low fat)
1 apple
2 cups water
Dinner
Salmon filets - fried in butter flavored Pam on griddle
1 cup brown rice with 2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Yesterday I couldn't afford to attend Weigh****chers. So Mike and I went and walked the track at Gunning Park Recreation Center instead.
