Busy Friday Menu Plan
Breakfast
1 cup Total Raisin Bran
1 cup skim milk
1 orange
1/4 scrambled egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack (this is last time I will eat client's food*)
1 Slimfast cookie bar
1 Oreo cookie*
1 Keebler chocolate chip cookie*
2 slices Italian bread*
2 Ritz crackers with peanut butter in between*
2 cups water
Lunch
Chicken salad with veggies, light dressing, and shredded cheese
2 sugar free Jello cups
8 oz. Breyer's yogurt with fruit (low sugar, low fat)
1 pear
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists
2 cups water
Dinner
4 slices double cheese, pepperoni, & pork sausage pizza from Pizza Hut
Diet root beer
Evening Snack
1 low fat, no sugar ice cream sandwich
Mike & I will be exercising at Gunning Park Recreation Center tonight. We will probably run on their track for 15 minutes or so. This will be the first time Mike has seen the inside of their facility.

Here's what I had today:
Breakfast: LA smoothie with peaches, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, 3 lowfat Triscuits, lemon LA Lite Bar
Snack: double chocolate LA Lite Bar
Lunch: LA chocolate protein Meal Replacement Drink, orange, Dannon lowcarb yogurt, 3/4 oz. mixed nuts (low sodium)
Dinner: shrimp cooked in 1 T. lowfat margarine with garlic and cayenne pepper, salad- lettuce, baby spinach, cauliflower, tomato, fat free dressing
My stabilization plan is going really well. I am finishing the third week of stablization. The first week I added unlimited vegetables( no more measuring of non-starch vegetables). The second week I added another dairy serving. And this week, I added 1/2 protein and 1 fat. I was so worried to start eating more. But I have actually kept loosing. I have lost 4 pounds on stablization so far. I am 5 pounds under my original goal weight. I am still waiting to get the quote from my plastic surgeon so that I can set a date. I can't wait to get rid of the skin. He estimated that I would loose about 6 pounds of skin.
