Thursday Menu Plan
Breakfast
1 cup grits
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup cheesy scrambled egg substitute (with fat free cheese)
1 banana
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
1 Slimfast cookie bar
4 slices Italian bread
A bit of tuna salad
1 Oreo cookie
1 Keebler chocolate chip cookie
2 cups water
Lunch
Chicken salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and low fat salad dressing
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 apple
8 oz. Breyer's low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit or flavoring
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists
2 cups water
Dinner
Moroccan-Spiced Chicken
1 cup brown rice
1 can light fruit ****tail (drained)
1 can chicken soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Yesterday my husband and I deferred on going to Gunning Recreation Center. He didn't feel like going out in the cold and wind. We'll go on Friday evening.

Hi Denise,
Today was another day with a lot of frustrations (we are having work done on the house, UGH) and a lot of head hunger. I did OK anyway but I struggled some. Here is what I ate:
B - 2C chicken soup, 1oz Deli Turkey, 1/2 sm Banana
L - 3oz Deli Turkey, 1 1/2oz Lite Swiss, SF pickle spear, SF Jell-O
S - 1oz Deli Turkey, apple
D - 6oz True Cod, 1C mixed Italian vegetables
