Breakfast 1 cup grits 1 cup skim milk 1/4 cup cheesy scrambled egg substitute (with fat free cheese) 1 banana Coffee 2 cups water AM Snack 1 Slimfast cookie bar 4 slices Italian bread A bit of tuna salad 1 Oreo cookie 1 Keebler chocolate chip cookie 2 cups water Lunch Chicken salad with veggies, shredded cheese, and low fat salad dressing 2 sugar free Jello cups 1 apple 8 oz. Breyer's low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit or flavoring 1 pouch Whole Grain Twists 2 cups water Dinner Moroccan-Spiced Chicken 1 cup brown rice 1 can light fruit ****tail (drained) 1 can chicken soup Crystal Light peach ice tea Yesterday my husband and I deferred on going to Gunning Recreation Center. He didn't feel like going out in the cold and wind. We'll go on Friday evening. Denise Phares

Hi Denise, Today was another day with a lot of frustrations (we are having work done on the house, UGH) and a lot of head hunger. I did OK anyway but I struggled some. Here is what I ate: B - 2C chicken soup, 1oz Deli Turkey, 1/2 sm Banana L - 3oz Deli Turkey, 1 1/2oz Lite Swiss, SF pickle spear, SF Jell-O S - 1oz Deli Turkey, apple D - 6oz True Cod, 1C mixed Italian vegetables Hope everyone had a good day.
