Breakfast
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
1 juicy orange
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack
1 Slimfast cookie bar
1 Keebler chocolate chip cookie
1 slice bread
2 Ritz crackers with peanut butter in between
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists
2 cups water
Lunch
1 cup fat free cottage cheese with sugar free preserves
1 pear
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filets - fried in Pam
1 cup brown rice
2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea

P.S. I belong to Bally's Total Fitness. My husband & I went there last Wednesday, with him as a guest. I called them today, and found out it would cost $37.00 more a month just for him to join, while I pay $19.41 a month for me. What a rip-off! And he can only come in as a guest once every 90 days! So I called Gunning Park, on Puritas Avenue, and found out it is free to join there, and they have a bunch of machines and a track. I'll pay off my Bally's membership each month, until it's done, then never go back there again!

Monday....I am making up for a delicious 12oz blackened medium rare New York Strip Steak that I had last night at OutBack Steak House. It was worth the 2 miles on the tread mill and the 100 laps in the pool today! Every muscle on my body is screaming but after the steak feast last night, today I had....
Breakfast: egg white omlette w/mushrooms

Lunch: 3 oz. ground turkey browned in roasted garlic seasoning with sauted onions and celery...topped with salsa
Sanck: 1/2 banana w/ ff coolwhip
Dinner: grilled skinless chicken breast over romaine lettuce w/ff ceasar dressing

I know how you feel. I live right down the street from a Bally's and refuse to join because they are sooo expensive.
Today I ate:
B - 1/2 protein bar, 1oz ham
L - 2C chicken soup, 2oz Deli Turkey, Sm. Banana
S - 3oz Deli Turkey
D - 6oz Grilled Steelhead, 1C Zucchini
Today was a struggle. Lots of head hunger and boredom but I did ok so I am feeling pretty good about getting through it.
