Mondays menu
Don't know where Denise got off to, but I enjoyed doing the menu. So here goes:
B - bowl of weight control banana oatmeal with ground flaxseed, slice of oat nut bread with low carb pb and sugar free strawberry preserves, 1/2 cup of coffee
L - 3 oz tuna w/ light mayo, 2 oz. light cheddar cheese, salad
S - apple, caramel sugar free jello pudding w/ 1tbsp of light whipped cream
D - Don't know, I am stuffed now, perhaps just a salad.
125 oz. water, vitamins
