Sunny Thursday Menu Plan
Breakfast
1 banana (will finally be able to eat citrus tomorrow - had to be on a special diet to take stool samples - yuck!)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup Cream of Wheat
1/4 cup cheesy scrambled egg substitute (1 slice fat free cheese)
Coffee
2 cups water
AM Snack (the following is always consumed at my client's house)
1 Slimfast cookie bar
1 Keebler choc. chip cookie
1 Oreo cookie
3 slices Leona bologna
2 slices Italian bread
2 cups water
Lunch
Subway chicken salad with honey mustard sauce, veggies, croutons, and shredded cheese
8 oz. Breyer's low sugar, low fat yogurt with fruit or flavoring
1 pouch Weigh****chers Whole Grain Twists
1 pear
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
1 cup (or so) Nothing-To-It Chili (made in crockpot)
1 can fruit ****tail (pear juice - drained)
Diet pop
Today is a very busy day, with shopping, getting blood drawn for anemia, mailing stool samples, and picking up dry cleaning.

B - 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, slice of while grain oat bread with smart source spread on lightly
S - mozzarella stick
L - 1/2 cup chili, 1 oz. light cheddar, 1 tablespoon sour cream, apple
D - 3 oz pork chop, cauliflower, 2 oz whole wheat pasta
S - sugar free/fat free choc/cheesecake pudding with light whipped cream
100 ounces of water, vitamins, medication

Breakfast: LA smoothie with peaches, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, 3 Lowfat Triscuits, chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar
Snack: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Lunch: orange, Dannon low carb yogurt, LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink
Dinner: tilapia, asparagus, green onion, tomatoe, broccoli, 1 T. lowfat margarine
