This show is so inspiring to me! I have stopped going to the gym, though and really need to find a way to make this work for me! I have started babysitting my granddaughter again and just don't have time to go to the gym anymore! I want this weight off so badly! I see how much these folks have accomplished in just 6 months...............and I am in tears! Of course, I don't have a fridge stocked by a personal trainer or a 24 hour fitness center delivered to the middle of my living room either..................! I know, that doesn't matter and it's all on me......................but......I need a "Bob" or a "Jillian"..................! I just (and honestly) don't know if I have it in me to succeed at this! UGH.............................. ONward......... Kandy

Hi Kandy, Yes, you can do this. It is in you to succeed. Build a support network. You have all of us here that are rooting for you. Find the people close to you that really understand how important this goal is for you. Keep reading and watching things like The Biggest Loser to keep inspired. Set small goals within your larger goal. It helped me to think of 10 pounds at a time. Remember this is all about your health. No one can do this for you, and you have to care enough about yourself. What is your plan of attack? Figure out what are your food goals and your exercise goals and just stick to it. When motivation is lacking, your commitment to healthy habits will kick in and keep you on track. When I turned 40, I kind of looked at myself as my next big project. Best wishes, and remember - yes, you can! Lynette
