1 cup Spoon Size Shredded Wheat with Bran
1/4 cup scrambled egg substitute
Coffee

*No AM Snack, since my one client had a dentist appointment today and didn't need me.
Lunch
1 cup fat free cottage cheese with 3 Tbsps. sugar free preserves
2 graham crackers
1 Slimfast cookie bar
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists (Weigh****chers)
1 apple
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with spaghetti sauce
1 cup whole wheat spaghetti with spaghetti sauce
1 can vegetable beef soup
1 cup seedless red grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
2 cups water

I will be going to Bally's tonight to go on the treadmill, and perhaps some situps and bicycling.

Hi,
It is only 2:45 PM here on the west coast but I have already consumed by calorie allotment for the day. It has not been a good day and I briefly fell back to my old habit of relieving stress with food. I didn't eat bad stuff just too much and when I was not really hungry. I won't go into details (I ate the usual stuff on my list) but I am on water and broth for the rest of the day. Oddly enough, I am relieved to not have to worry about food the rest of the day. Thanks for the opportunity "purge my soul". It is nice to have a safe place to go and be honest about my humanness.

B - weight control banana oatmeal, slice of multi grain oat bread w/ tablespoon of carb control PB, sugar free jelly, 1/2 cup coffee
S - mozzarella stick
L - South Beach beef w/cheesy broccoli (only ate the beef and broccoli, not the icky celery and onion stuff in it), 1/2 of a yoplait light yogurt that SAID it was boston creme pie (yuck), apple
D - turkey chili w/ light cheddar and light sour cream, broccoli
S - sugar free/fat free chocolate cheesecake pudding with light whipped cream
vitamins - 125 ounces of water
Donna - tired as all heck tonight
Breakfast: LA smoothie with strawberries, 3 Lowfat Triscuits, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar
Snack: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
Lunch: LA chocolate protein meal replacement drink, grapefruit, Dannon low carb yogurt
Dinner: veal with broccoli, red pepper, and green onion; cucumber slices
Lynette
