Hi there folks, Schools are closed today so I went to the gym early. 45 minutes elliptical 25 minutes weight machines. After a nice shower and getting ready at the gym I walked to the Radiator place to pick up my Blazer. Lo and behold, it needs another $625.00 worth of work. ~sighs~ Oh well, add that to the other $500 and pray that it stops there!!!! So home on self-imposed exile, relaxing. Have a beautiful day. I slept late this morning, since the kids didn't have to get ready for school. I went to the aquatic therapy & fitness center mid afternoon. My doc finally OK'd me getting back on the tread mill. (Heel tendon injury that's healing) I only did 15 minutes, but it felt wonderful. I then did my 75 swimming laps and 30 minutes of aquatic running in place. You have no idea how proud of myself I am everytime I finish those laps. I've lost just 35 lbs. I have lots & lots to go....but I have positive energy. This "food plan" that I've been on for 10 weeks seems to be healing me mentally and physically. Take Care, Laurel

Laurel, 75 laps??? Holy Moly!!!! You deserve to be proud of yourself!!! I'm glad you found an eating plan that works for you both physically and mentally. That's hard to find! You're doing great, Jessica

Morning: 45 minutes Pilates Evening: 45 minutes elliptical 30 minutes weight machines It was great to have a day off. Small chance of snow here on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning. I'm hoping for a snow day. Lynette
