Subway 6-inch turkey breast and ham w/cheese sandwich w/veggies
One small bag Sunbelt chips
2 sugar free Jellos
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists
2 cups water
Dinner
Tilapia filets, grilled w/Creole seasoning
1 cup brown rice w/2 tsps. margarine
1 can no salt mixed vegetables
Either 1 cup unsweetened applesauce or 1 cup red seedless grapes
Crystal Light peach ice tea

Well today I have only had breakfast, but I will write out my day as I am planning it.
B - slice of whole grain oat nut bread w/ 1 tablespoon of Skippy low carb peanut butter, sugar free jelly, weight control banana oatmeal with ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup of coffee
L - 1/2 cup of turkey chili w/ 1 ounce low fat cheddar and 1 tablespoon of light sour cream
D - 3 oz chicken breast, cauliflower, wheat pasta
S - chocolate sugar free/fat free pudding, light whipped cream
100 ounces of water, vitamins

Today was excellent!
Breakfast:
Coffee w/ half and half
egg white omlette w/mushroooms + grated pecorino romano cheese
raw apple sprinkled with cinnamon + splenda
Lunch:
3 ounces sliced smoked turkey breast
grapes
Dinner:
Chicken Caesar Salad - (Oven baked chicken breast)
Romaine Lettuce w/ cucumber and celery chunks instead of croutons
lite caesar dressing
Snack:
Sliced apple and a few grapes topped w/fat free cool whip
I exercised for 2 hours this afternoon. I finally was able to get back on the tread mill (healed heel) - I only did 15 minutes, but I swam my 75 laps in the pool and 30 minutes of running in place in the pool.
I knew I had to get the week off to an energetic start because I had a week end of lots of going out to eat, so I wasn't 100% on my "food plan", though I was conscious of everything I put into my mouth and didn't do anything TOO stupid. I get weighed every Wednesday at my doctor's office. So far it's 35 lbs. down in 10 weeks. I hope this is another losing week.

Hi Lynette,
Steelhead is a lot like Salmon. It is actually an ocean going trout but looks and tastes a like Salmon except it is slightly firmer and less oily. My DH is an avid Salmon & Steelhead fisherman, so we always have a ton of the stuff around. Besides filleting it to be baked or broiled, he also cans & smokes it.
It's really good fish but I often wish he wasn't so good at catching it. My freezer is usually 1/2 full of the stuff!

I'm on my second week of maintenance. I've added another dairy portion this week.
