Breakfast
1 English muffin with margarine
1/4 cup cheesy egg substitute, scrambed
1 banana
1 cup skim milk
Coffee
2 cups water
Lunch
Subway chicken salad with croutons and shredded cheese
2 Tbsps. low fat french dressing
1 can chicken with rice soup
2 sugar free Jello cups
2 cups water
Dinner
Chicken breast with white sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes with margarine
1 can fruit ****tail with pear juice, drained
1 can no salt vegetables
Ice tea
Evening Snack
Fudge from husband's cousin Cara with DVDs
2 cups water
There! I splurge a little bit on the weekends. Weigh****chers allows me to do this, as long as I'm careful during the main part of the week.

Tomorrow starts my second week of maintenance. I have to add in another dairy. I bought some of the new Dannon lowfat, low carb yogurt. It only has 60 calories and 3 grams of carbs.

D - 3 oz. tuna w/light mayo, 2 oz. light cheddar cheese
S - sugar free/fat free pudding with light whipped cream
100 oz water, vitamins
I just realized my day was completely void of vegetables and fruit aside from what was in the chili (salsa). Hmmmmmm...will have to change that. Sometimes I opt to just eat the bare minimum on weekends because I don't want food to become the center of my day.
