Hey Lynette Thanks. Today I'm feeling good. As the day calms down, fear is begining to sink in for some reason I have been eating different for a few weeks. I don't have a specific plans, but I know what's right and what's wrong. I'm feel good and lighter. I have lost 17, problably more pounds since Nov. I have finally started to move more. I see results but I'm feeling scared. This quote has helped. I have a few more hours before I go to bed. I've ate my last meal for the night. I'm getting on the treadmil in a few. And I shell start a new tomorrow. I'm putting this quote on my screen saver.
