Subway tuna salad w/shredded cheese and croutons
2 Tbsps Creamy Caesar dressing (50 calories)
One 8 oz. Breyer's low sugar, low fat yogurt with cherries
2 sugar free Jello cups
1 apple
1 pouch Weigh****chers Whole Grain Twists
2 cups water
Dinner
1 pork chop, grilled
1 cup Hungry Jack mashed potatoes w/margarine & skim milk
1 can no salt vegetables
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1 no sugar, low fat ice cream sandwich

S - mozzarella cheese stick
L - South Beach peanut butter/chocolate meal replacement bar
D - 3 oz pork chop, broccoli florets, 2 oz. whole wheat pasta
S - sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding, light whipped cream
125 ounces of water
multi vitamin, lysine and calcium pills

I did not do so well today but I have done a lot worse. I am already back on track.

L - 2C Won ton soup, lg. apple
S - Deli ham w/light cream cheese & SF pickles
D - (Here goes) Lg. bowl beef stew, 2 plain scones w/lite marg,
S - 1 1/2C LF vanilla ice cream w/tbsp Lemon curd mixed in
Not sure what happened today, I think it was simple boredom but I am back on plan and will just move on from here. Thanks to you all for helping keep me "honest".

Lemme ask you something girlfriend. Back in the "old days" how many bowls of beef stew would you have had??? What kind of dripping butter would you have put on your scones??? Hear me yet?? ~grins~
There is something that Jessica says that makes me relax each and everytime I wonder if I am doing it all okay. She says the week is cumulative. The exercise you put in during the week, the food you eat, the steps you take in conquering this monster is cumulative. So if you ate a scone today, big deal. Tomorrow you will cut down a little more on the carbs and even yourself out completely!!!
