I'm doing it!
I haven't been around for a while, thanks to an ever so helpful dear son who "fixed" my computer so well (there was nothing wrong with it to begin with) that it was out of commission for a couple of weeks.)
Anywho....I'm doing it.....ten weeks into my new food plan and I'm still revved up! I've lost 35 lbs (I still have at least 135 lbs to go to get to where I want to be) but I have nothing but positive feelings about getting there. Something finally clicked. I am enjoying my exercise routine, I don't feel deprived food-wise. I totally got rid of a MAJOR negative energy person in my life.(Much more difficult than diet or exercise) and I have hope and determination in equal parts every morning when I open my eyes.
So, anybody out there that feels like..."if it didn't work last time, why should I think it might work this time"....kick yourseld in the tush and believe it will happen. Good luck to all!

Congratulations for finding the strength to begin. You are doing wonderfully so far. I have to say I shared a lot of your revelations when I started as well. The non-deprivation, the enjoying your regimen, including exercise!!!! and the positive feelings.
Those are by far the first things that will help you to be successful!! Good luck and keep it going.
