Ok folks... let's see how long we can keep this going! I really like posting what I eat because it helps to keep me accountable...
B- Handful of mixed nuts w/ raisons
S- Protein shake, South Beach Diet bar
L- Cup of Vegetable Soup, Small Caesar salad
D- Lean Pocket
S- Probably will have some cheese, more nuts, or a chicken wing or two.

Today
B - 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1/2 cup of coffee
S - string cheese
L - 1/2 cup turkey chili, 2 oz low fat cheddar, 1 tablespoon light sour cream, apple
D - turkey burger, 2 slices of tomato, leaf of lettuce, mustard
S - will be sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding with light whipped cream
100 ounces of water

B: LA fruit smoothie with strawberry and mango, 1 oz. lowfat cheese stick, 3 lowfat Triscuits, caramel LA Lite Bar
S: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
L: 1/4 cucumber, orange, protein meal replacement drink
D: grilled chicken, salad
I didn't see the exercise challenge, so I'll just post mine here. It's that time of the month, and that makes me LAZY. So I didn't do my morning Pilates. (feeling guilty) But I went to the Y this evening.
45 minutes elliptical
20 minutes cross country
15 minutes weight machines
