I like that!
I like the idea of an online food diary. When I was logged on to Dr. Phil's website, I used to do just that! Here is my daily menu:
Breakfast
1 cup corn flakes
1 cup skim milk
1/2 grapefruit
1/4 cup egg substitute, scrambled
coffee with Sweet-N-Low and skim milk
2 cups water
A.M. Snack
1 Slimfast Muffin Bar
2 cups water
1 pouch Whole Grain Twists (Weigh****chers)
Lunch
Tuna Salad from Subway with lots of veggies, tuna salad, croutons, shredded cheese, and 2 Tbsps. Creamy Caesar dressing
1 apple
1 low sugar, low fat yogurt with cherries
2 sugar free cherry Jellos
2 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner
Smoky Paprika Chicken Thighs (2 thighs)
1 cup Whole wheat spaghetti
1 cup seedless red grapes
1 cup vegetable soup
Crystal Light peach ice tea
Evening Snack
1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream (usually Edy's)
