Lynnete posted a few days back about keeping a food diary...
Well, I've seen it on other boards, and thought it would be a good idea to do an online daily food diary here as well. I know I'm more apt to keep to a healthy plan if I know OTHERS are reading it as well. My biggest problem is that I'm too willing to cheat myself, but I refuse to cheat others and let them down.
So lets start up a daily food diary just like the excersize challenge!
Here's what I have so far for today:
B: Handful of peanuts
S: 3/4 cup Kashi Go-Lean Wheat cereal, with Smart Balance No-Fat Milk, and an Isopure Protein Drink.
L: 5 Buffalo Chicken Wings w/ bleu cheese dip
S: South Beach Diet protein bar w/ glass of Smart Balance Milk
D: TBD -- probably a healthy choice meal of some sort
Hi,
Here is my food for the day:
B: LA Fruit smoothie with peaches, 3 Lowfat Triscuits, 1 oz. lowfat cheese, chocolate chip cookie dough LA Lite Bar
S: peanut butter LA Lite Bar
L: Chocolate Protein Meal Replacemant Drink, apple
S: 5 oz. shrimp stir fried in 1 T. Lowfat margarine with garlic and cayenne pepper, salad
Hi there CK,
I like reading what other people eat as well, so this is a good idea.
B: weight control banana oatmeal with ground flax seed, piece whole grain toast with a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter and a teaspoon of sugar free jelly, 1/2 cup of coffee with splenda and sugar free hazel nut creamer
S: cheese stick
L: 1/2 cup of turkey chili, 1 ounce of low fat cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of light sour cream, apple
D: 2 oz whole wheat pasta, 2 oz center cut pork cut up, broccoli (made it into a casserole of sorts) ate only 1/2 of that.
S: sugarfree/fat free chocolate pudding with light whipped cream
125 ounces of water
Looking at it it seems like a whole heck of a lot of food But it equals out to perhaps 1000 calories.
