Good evening Lynette I keep a written food diary, and also keep track with fitday online. I would be lost without fitday! I love using the fitday as I can play with my meal plan till I get just the right calorie intake that I'm looking for. Hope you have a wonderful evening!

Hi Lynette, I have kept one since I started my plan. I track everything I eat or drink as well as my hunger level before I eat and my satisfaction level when I am done & my exercise. It also has a small space for "daily notes" at the bottom. I would be lost without it. Blessings, Maren

I went on LA Weight Loss back in 2001, and I started keeping a log of what I eat. I write it up once a week, along with my shopping list. I found it was a useful tool for me, so I've kept it up to this day, and use it on my Weigh****chers program, along with the points listed. Denise Phares
