That 300 pound lady will never again darken your doorway. You've cleared the house of everything she ever knew, and now, she'd be lost in your new world. CONGRATULATIONS I would have posted to all of the boards on OH if I were you. This is so amazing. I may stay in lurk mode Phyllis, but I'm still here and staying strong. thanks to you and Joyce, I'm not exercising as much as I should, but I have changed my eating and I'm doing pretty good I've chucked the bus last week and walked to the train station. Keep up the good work because I'm trying to walk your walk.

Phyllis, Your success is wonderful!!! You should be very proud of what you have done. People that have not been in our shoes have no idea what it takes to do what you have done and I am so proud of you!!!!! I hope that in the next year I can say that I have lost at least 100 pounds. This disease is so bad. In the time that I have typed this note, I have heard two commercials on TV about weight loss. I have tried so many different programs and they just done take care of my needs. I feel this messageboard is more helpful to me than all of the public weigh-ins and prepared meals.
