My 1 Year Anniv................

I started my journey a year ago today on 1-7-05 I weighted in at 290 on this day last year. Today I weighted in at 158 pounds !!!!!!!!!! 132 loss....... I have 13 pounds to lose to goal and then the challenge begins to keep it off, however, I am ready this time...... I am not going to let that 300 pound plus lady come back home, I know she is going to give it all she got but I am going to fight her back this time with everything I got !!!!!!!!! Congratulations Phyllis!!! I am so happy for you and I am certain that you will soon reach your goal!!!! Ironically I started my program 6 months ago today, on July 7. So we are 1/2 twins!!! Keep coming here and keep up what you are doing and before you know it you will be at goal!! Donna
