35 minutes elliptical
20 minutes weight training
How in the world do you spend an hour on the weight machines?? Is it free weights or are they part of a nautilus circuit??
I have been thinking of adding some more machines and modifying my program. But I add more weights as I go along so I have hardly peaked. I am going to add 10 more minutes to my elliptical workout next week!!!

I didn't exercise yesterday because I had a mini-family-emergency...but today, I was back on the ball!
60 minutes elliptical
30 minutes bike
Upper and lower body weights: I normally do either upper or body; but since I didn't work out yesterday, I worked upper and lower body.
