My Breakfast...
I'm never sure, at the end of the day, that I want to respond to those "what did you eat today" posts.................but I always know I can at breakfast! My bad eating habits are late at night!
So, today I had: A 3 egg white omelet with veggies (equal to 1/4 cup but it was mushrooms, green onion and green pepper all cut up together), 1 slice dry toast, 4 oz. orange juice and 4 oz. 1% milk and, of course, my constant glass of ice water!
Then, I danced all over my living room (I'm sure, to my downstair's neighbor's dismay ) to video's on CMT! I actually made it through 2.5 songs! whoo hoo!!!

Today I had:
Breakfast - weight control oatmeal, 1 slice of multi-grain bread, 1 tablespoon of low sugar peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of sugar free jam, 1/4 cup of coffee with sugar free/fat free creamer
Snack - cheese stick
Lunch - South Beach pork and pecans with green beans, apple
Dinner - going to Applebees, not sure what I am eating, probably something with protein and veggies
