Hi there Phyllis, 35 minutes elliptical. I am ready to add 10 more minutes!!! I cannot imagine having said that about 2 months ago!!! 20 minutes circuit I have the number to a personal trainer, I am going to talk to him and see if he will entertain a few visits (at $50 per I am no rich woman) to show me how to do free weights. Does anyone notice that the gym is PACKED now with all these New Years Resolutions??? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Have a beautiful night!!!! Donna

Hi all, Same as usual for me. Morning: 45 mins. Pilates Evening: 45 mins. elliptical 30 mins. weight machines I was at the salon today getting my hair done. I read People magazine. It has a whole section about people who have lost "half their weight" without surgery. Y"all might want to check it out. Lynette
