Morning: 45 minutes Pilates Evening: 45 minutes elliptical 30 minutes weight machines I had to just drag my tail to the Y tonight. I really didn't want to go. Does anybody else ever feel that way? But I'm glad I did. I always feel so much better after a good workout. Lynette

Hi Lynette, I sometimes really have to turn off my mind, and put my car in 'drive' and direct it toward the gym. I would love to come home from work, do my charting, and call it a night, but I know when 7pm comes around, I've got exercising to do. Once I'm there, I'm always glad I went; I've never had a time that once I was exercising, I wanted to quit and go home. I heard someone say, start exercising, and after 10 minutes, if you just don't want to do it, then stop. By the time I hit 10 minutes, I'm warmed up and would probably be really grouchy if someone made me stop!! Exercise for the day: 95 minutes--50 bike, 45 on elliptical. Then lower extremity weight lifting. I added weight training back to my routine starting January 1st. I used to do it more often, but I got into cardio, and stopped working with weights. It never hurts to build more muscle!! Proud of you for getting to the Y---you made it to goal for a reason, babe!!! Jessica
