Well, I'm back to work after a 2-week vacation. Gee, I sure could get used to staying at home all the time. Lynette

Lynette, I have one more blessed Monday!!!! I'll be going back tomorrow. I find myself looking forward to Spring Break. I don't know if I could get used to staying home all the time. I feel much more of a regimen when I am working. I get all my water in, I don't have to worry about when to eat, etc. But yeah, I could win the lottery and stay home all the time. Have a beautiful day. Donna

Actually, I have to agree Donna, I too have been off for 2 weeks and I feel as if I am wore out from all the running around and holiday affairs....... I too find that I am more on schedule when I am working, in addition to me being blessed to having having an office job, its not physical draining work........... I need to get back to work for the rest........ lol Phyllis

Hi Lynette, I just went to your profile to learn more about you. You look great! But... no before photos or info about when you had your surgery. Would you mind sharing a bit about that? How long ago did you have your surgery, etc. Thanks.

Hi Mary, Surgery was never really an option for me. I am very anti-doctor. I never go. I think the body has the ability to heal itself in most instances when just left alone - but that is just my personal opinion. I lost 160 pounds using LA Weight Loss and working out faithfully. I don't have before photos, because I didn't get onto this site until I was very close to goal. But you can see from those pants how big I was. I've gone from a 24 to a 6. Loosing is the easy part. I feel now I am on the more difficult part - maintaining. That is why I seek support from this board. Lynette

Dear Lynette, I have a BMI of 58. I am 5'9" and weigh 392 lbs. Your post caught my attention for 2 reasons. 1st, I have to go back to work tomorrow for the 1st time in 3 months! I have been out on disability for depression (my sister died 09/28/05) and I have another sister I care for who is mentally challenged. (The 3 of us have lived together for 30 yrs) It was more than I could deal with and my company still expected 110%. So I went out on disability and started grief couseling. 2nd, I have been looking into several different weight loss programs. I went to their locations, talked to reps, got info, and I think I have decided that LA Weight Loss is going to be the best for my life style to get results. I also went to Curves. Now I know this sounds funny since I am just going back to work, but I have vacation scheduled Jan. 7th. LOL I am taking my sister to see our bro and I am going to visit my mom. So I am going to start both programs when I get back Jan 16th. I hope I have the kind of results you did. Wish me luck! Maureen

Hi Maureen, I hope your transition back to work goes smoothly for you. It will be great to have an LA sister. I think you are heading in the right direction. Just stick with the plan, and I know you'll do great. Lynette
