25 minutes each elliptical glider, treadmill, arm pedaler and recumbent stationary bike. I sure will be glad when aerobics classes resume next week. Best of luck. Kasey 365/210 (nonop)

Hey there, Madame-met-my-goal!!! You work out so hard; there is no way you will ever regain even one ounce of that old weight you worked off!!! I take my inspiration from your success. I continue to move forward. I exercise 5 days a week, at least 90 minutes at a time. I think I'll restart my weight lifting regimine, too. I limit my sugar and refined sugars; and I eat 90% fewer carbohydrates than I ever have. I've decided not to remain on Adkins; it's just too restrictive. But I will continue to restrict the amount of sugar and refined carbohydrates; we can never go wrong doing that! 105 minutes total cardio: 55 minutes bike, 50 minutes elliptical. Moving toward the goal... Jessica 302/246/175

Hi Jessica, I just wanted to say that I love to read your post. They really keep me motivated. I think you are making a good choice not to remain on Adkins. It is so restrictive and not a plan that you can follow for a lifetime. I think our bodies need fruit and a small amout of carbs. I think it is important to watch the sodium intake also. I can have 2 t. of Morton's Lite Salt each day. Also, I only eat fresh or frozen vegetables. No canned food. Keep working that body. Hard work pays off. Lynette
