I hope you enjoyed the holidays and having your son home!
I already packed up the Christmas cookies and they are in freezer bags. We are having company on New Years Eve so I am going to put them back out then for them to enjoy. I have a 13 year old son who does NOT need the cookies, and he is on WW with a little break, very little, for the holidays. Today he is back on track.
I made it through Christmas day with barely a wrinkle. I did have a bite of a cookie which amazingly wasn't so wonderful. I have been hyper obsessed with my program have not swayed since the very beginning. I had an internal struggle wondering whether that was truly healthy, and taking that bite didn't help my struggle. I was petrified that one bite would send me back over the edge. I do have to work on that aspect of my program. In the past the holidays would have extended to March , not now.
Today I am going to the mall. Yes, don't think I'm nuts. My 13 year old gets very very bored without stimulation so we are heading out. This afternoon I am going to the gym:
35 minutes elliptical
10 minutes bike
20 minutes circuit
