Today's Exercise Challenge-Tues

(morning)45 minutes - Pilates
(evening)45 minutes - ellipitical trainer
30 minutes - 30 Minute Cafe
Jessica, I have been busy, but I am keeping up with my diet and exercise. I keep feeling healthier each day. It has been a lot of work to get the weight off, but it is definately worth it.

60 minutes on the recumbant bike, and 35 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I pledged 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week; and I'm gonna do it!!!
All of you who post daily are really making this work for you. We're not alone, and it helps to be accountable to others--even though it's friendly and non-threatning--it keeps us on track.
