Greetings from a post-op
I read your profile, Sue ZQ. What a long way you've come!!!
All the things in your life that are better, more comfortable--more of what you deserve! I've very happy for you!
Thank you for posting on the non-op site. Any support offered is ALWAYS welcome! We're all doing our own thing, and struggling through it. But we remind ourselves: it is one day at a time. For many of us, it's one MEAL at a time. But the whole thing is a process. There is as much for us to work on in our heads, as there is for us to lose on our bodies... Congratulations on your success!

Joyce,
You have come such a long way! What a tremendous plan you have for reforming your life. You've got it together. We all have a meal here, or a slip-up there, but by and large, you're doin' it, girl!!! I'm proud of you! I love hearing what people are doing to take care of themselves...
I've been on Adkins since June 10, 2005. I started at 302#. I began exercising at the club near my house, first 3 days a week, and now 5 days a week, for 90 minutes each time. I'm changing my body, guys!!! I started at size 26/28 and now, my pants are a size 20 and loose, and my shirts are 22/24 (with a little room for my ample busom...). I feel good about my success, and when I come to this site, I get lots of support from people just like you: people who are in this for the long haul.
Have a tremendous Thanksgiving, and keep up the great work, Joyce!!
