Y'All Have to Try This

This weekend I tried out a recipe from my LA cookbook. It was sooooo good; you need to try this one.
4 1/2 oz. thinly sliced veal
1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
1 tomato, diced
1 cup bean sprouts
oregano
garlic powder
low-sodium salt
Slice the veal into strips. Brown it in a pan sprayed with Pam. Remove the veal. Stir fry the pepper and tomato. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder. Add the veal and the bean sprouts. Sprinkle with salt. Coo****il the bean sprouts are tender.
This made a big plateful. It counted as a protein and 3 veggies for me. It tasted like gourmet food, and there was only one pan to clean for the whole meal.
Nine more pounds to goal weight!
