So Far, So Good....
Ok, have I been perfect? NO
Have I been good? Yes.....
I did binge out on some potato chips the other night...........but they were BAKED.....FAT FREE....LOW CALORIE....so, even though I gave in, I gave in better than I used to!
I've been planning meals, watching calorie intake and MOVING every day!
So far, so good! I think I am going to weigh every Tuesday (that is how I used to do it before, too) so I will be updating my weight...gain or lose...each week too!
