Lunch: 1 cup fat free cottage cheese w/sweetener
1 cup lite fruit ****tail, drained
2 sugar free jello cups
4-1/2 graham crackers
2 cups water
Dinner: Tuna Noodle Casserole (out of Weigh****chers cookbook)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 can rinsed canned vegetables
skim milk
Eve Snack: 1/2 cup sugar free, low fat ice cream
2 cups water
