Today is my 1st real day of counting calories.
B- 3/4 cup honey bunches of oats cereal 120 cals
1/2 cup 2% milk 65 cals
bottled water 0 cals
L- medium necterine 42 cals
yougert 110 cals
carrots 35 cals
1pkg ritz baked snack mix 100 cals
bottled water 0 cals
D- not sure yet but leaning towards 1 serving of lowfat soup
and a salad with lowfat dressing and a glass of milk

My day today was good. Still having trouble eating, not interested at all. My doctor cancelled my monthly checkup today, it's scheduled for Thursday. I anticipate for days before and then they cancel!!! Oh well, only two more days.
B = 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 egg, 2 sips of coffee
L = 1/4 cup of turkey chili, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, 3 grapes, a spoon of gelatin with light whipped cream
D = not sure yet, I think it will be turkey chili again, hopefully I can get in more than 1/4 cup.
S = chocolate sugar free pudding, light whipped cream
75 ounces of water, multi-vitamin, lysine, calcium

Here's what I had today.
B= pineapple smoothie, 1 oz. LF cheese stick, LA cheese curls, chocolate crunch LA Lite Bar
S = chocolate cookie dough LA Lite Bar
L = peach, LA chocolate meal replacement drink
D = chicken, lettuce, red pepper, tomato, 2 T. salsa (chicken taco salad)
I'm getting close to my goal. I have 19 more pounds to loose. Altogether, I've lost 140 so far. I am starting to get concerned about maintenance. I have already purchased 1 year of maintenance with my program. I just don't want to yo-yo any more.
