What Did You Eat Today?
Hi there Maren,
Today I hate a good day, but probably too little food.
B = 2 eggs, 2 slices of thin ham
L = 2 thin slices of turkey, 1 slice of low fat cheddar cheese, 1 serving sugar free gelatin with 1 tablespoon of lite whipped cream
D = 3 oz. ground turkey patty, steamed zucchini
S = sugar free chocolate pudding

Another really busy day...
No breakfast
No lunch
Bite sized peanut butter cup for snack (damn that was good!)
Went to Perkins for a chef salad for dinner. Let me tell you--that hit the spot!!! Good news: I weighed in after I exercised: down 3 pounds since last weigh in early last week!!!!!!!!!!!! Zippidy doo dah, zippidy aaaaaa!!!!!!
I'm certainly not purposefully skipping meals. I hate being hungry! My mind goes boggles and I want to go to the Golden Corral--an all you can eat trough, --and graze until my heart is content! But I didn't do that. I waited until I got home, and my partner and I went for a "legal dinner". We did it!!! But the pastries at the front door damn near kill ya!!!
