What Did You Eat Today?

Today I ate:
B = 2 eggs over easy with 2 slices thin ham, 1/2 cup of coffee with sugar free creamer
L = small salad with 2 slices of turkey breast, 1/2 cucumber and 2 tablespoons of good seasons dressing (olive oil), 3 strawberries, 1 oz. light cheddar cheese
D = 1/2 bowl of chili, 1 oz. light cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon of light sourcream
S = sugar free chocolate pudding, 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
4 bottles of water (25 oz a piece), multi vitamin, calcium and lysine.

LA is for LA Weight Loss. I eat mostly regular foods from the grocery store, but they have some products that I like to use. The LA Lite Bars taste wonderful. Just like candy bars, even better than some candy bars. I also like their smoothie mix. I drink a smoothie for breakfast almost everyday. I mix 1 scoop of LA pina colada smoothie mix, 1/2 diet cherry 7-UP, frozen pineapple (blueberries, mango, or peaches), and 4-5 ice cubes. It turns out almost like sherbert or a fruit sorbet. They also have carmel popcorn and cheese curls that I get occassionally. The meal replacement drink is very nutritous. It has 66% of the daily calcium requirement and 20 g. of protein.
