What Did You Eat Today?

Hi Donna, I have been on this program since late April 2004. I have lost an average of about 2 pounds a week. I've been on so many diets in the past, and my weight has been up and down so many times that I had gotten to the point that I thought I could never loose it. I even considered surgery, but I decided to give LA Weight Loss a try before taking drastic measures. I am glad I did. I am eating more food on this diet than any other diet I have tried. Plus I get to eat two of the LA Lite Bars a day, and they taste just like candy bars. I've never been able to eat candy and loose weight. Good luck on your diet. Just stick to it. When I first started, it seemed like I had so much to loose that two pounds a week would take forever. But now, it seems that it just flew by. One thing that really helps me is that I set smaller goals within my larger goal. Instead of thinking I had 160 pounds to loose, I think about goals of 10 pounds at a time. Lynette
