What Did You Eat Today?
Hi all (although I am not sure there is anyone out there)
I am a little behind on my eating today but I figure one day can't hurt. Today I have eaten:
B = nothing
L = Veggie/fruit soup, nectarine
D = Banana, carrots
S = Will have a little soup later
The current pot of V/F soup will run out tomorrow morning at which point I will go back on my regular plan. I kind of like the soup thing because then I don't have to plan or "worry" about what I am going to eat but it is not healthy to stay on too long, plus I don't want to "burn out" on it because it is a really good "fall-back" item for me when I just want to be lazy and not plan good meals.
