I just wanted to take a moment to welcome all of you to the non post-op message board. Obesityhelp designed this board for those of you who are not going to be having surgery, but are suffering from weight issues and obesity. There are many people who sign up on our site daily who just simply need support through dieting or talking with others in the same situation. We are all in the same boat together. I hope that you might introduce yourself and get the support flowing. So take a moment and tell us how you are doing and about yourself. Amy
