Exercise encouragement anyone?
Hello everyone!
How is everyone doing?
Wanted to see how everyone is doing in the exercise department and ask if anyone was interested in checking in here daily to report how we are doing and encourage one another to stay the course?
This morning I did a 40 min walk/jog and I would love to build myself up to jogging it more than I walk it! My husband and I have talked about entering a 5K race later this year and I know if that is going to be a reality I need to develop this discipline in myself more!
I also have a bike that I have not used in some time, would love to get that out and get riding again!
How about you all??

Have you done a 5K?? You will have to give me some pointers! My shoulder hurt so bad last night and still hurts this morning, not sure what I did to it! I plan on a walk after I drop my kids off at school this morn, not sure if I will do anything else, other than stretching that is! I will report back later!

I will hit the treadmill after work...then some freeze dance with the kids and kettlebell before bed!
Thanks Ladies! I walked about 4 miles today then, came home and did some deep stretching, now I am planning on starting to paint my bedroom! That counts for exercise too right?

I ran 4.5 Friday afternoon and again Saturday morning. I am working hard to take Sundays off from the treadmill and I did so today. My nephew had a need gun bday party so we did lots of running, shooting, and push-ups. 3 push ups every time my 4 year old and I got shot...it was a blast!! Even my husband played and sweated!
I plan to run in the morning (no work, yay!), then shop, then racquet ball in the afternoon. As for now, I am headed to the grocery store and if I am quick enough I will kettlebell when I get home.
No official exercise for me over the weekend, I did however clean, organize and paint my bedroom, including furniture moving and multiple times of getting up and down off of a chair to paint! My 5 year old is sick and was up most of the night last night, I had plans to go for my walk this morning but I literally only got about 4 hours of broken sleep last night and feel icky myself..... Might be a good idea to rest today and get back to regular tomorrow!

Looks like my daughter will be staying home from school today, she is better but not good enough to go back, So there goes my walk for this morning, I will do some in home exercises, I have a stationary bike and arm weights!
