Just checking in!
Hi all it's been a bit since I posted last. Life is OK with it's normal ups and downs. The past couple of weeks with the nice mild weather I managed to get in atleast one 30 min walk a day sometimes 2. But now with the 15+cm of snow that has arrived I am finding it a bit tougher. I was also getting discourage because I was working hard with my food choices and the darn scale was moving in the wrong direction again. Yet my clothes are loser. I don't get the scale thing at all. Somedays I just want to pitch it out the window. Basically the snow has put me unto hibernation mode. Hoping to get out of it soon. I also feel the stress of the holidays building up. I managed to get through last Christmas without weight gain hoping I will get through this one too. Arrgh I hate the scale. That is why I haven't bothered with the hump day weigh in cause it just been depressing me. That's my rant for this week. Hope your all keeping well! Keep us posted!
