Not a bad week at all for me. Eating well and following food plan. Even enjoyed a celebratory dinner on Saturday night with good friends...only tasted the "good" stuff instead of eating a serving or two...encouraged by the results.
Last week: 180
This week: 178
Ooh...and this means my BMI (I'm only 5 feet tall) is now 34.8...one of my mini-goals was to get below the qualification for WLS which I was seriously considering.

As most of you know my weight moves with the wind. Lol so I set a goal to lose 5 lbs in Sept. Looked bk over my hump day weights here's the stats:
Aug 29 weight 249.2
Last wk. 248.2
Today's weight 246.4
I am down 2.8 lbs and a little over half way to my goal.
I can do this too! Slow and steady is fine with me considering my high weight of 288 just a little over a year ago. Posting here is really helpful. I get lots of tops and support. Hoping more will join us on our journey!

5 yrs of research Starting for the second time...Referral Sept 28/17. Orientation Guelph Sept 28/17. Nurse Oct 10/17. Dietician & Social worker Nov. 21/17
