MAJOR cheat!

It's so strange.... even though I need to lose weight as much as I need air to breathe, I end up screwing up along the line.

I've had a few days of screw ups.  Let's see... for a couple of nights, I helped myself to 4 oz of vanilla fudge icecream late at night.  That wasn't so bad.... for 110 calories I knew I would work it off the next day in the gym.  The BAD BAD BAD me happened yesterday and some today. 

My husband's company goes into shutdown for 2 weeks out of the year.  The first week begins tomorrow.  He goes in early, stays quite late, and the first and foremost thing on the guys in his department's mind is WHAT ARE WE GOING TO EAT.

I told my husband I'd make anything he wanted (except the pork butt.... I'm not a southerner, he is... and I have absolutely NO clue).  We decided on brownies for Monday and a cheesecake pudding with fresh strawberries for Wednesday.

I began making the brownies for 50 guys yesterday and needless to say.....  oops  I hit on 'em. 

Someone please tell me I'm a bad girl.. cause afterall.. I am.

I was down 32 lbs since december but after the last couple of days, I'm afraid to get on the scale. 



I need admonishing!

PS.. I forgot to mention the CHINESE FOOD  I ate last night!!!!!  I had shrimp and broccoli and a shrimp roll.

girl it happens to all of us! this is part of the stuggle of the journey! just get back up and dust yourself off and keep walking in the right direction..... and don't step on the scale until you are ready! (but at the same time don't use not being ready as an excuse to still eat bad food, been there done that too!)

It just depresses me that I can be this weak!  Well.. the brownies are almost all packed up.  Now if I can only stay away from the icecream late at night.

Got my pain meds filled today.... going to try to force myself out of the house to do the gym really early tomorrow... and do m y do all over again.

Hi there I was doing ok for a few days too. But today was Canada day we ended up having company. Hamburgers hot dogs and oh ya beer that washed down the choc fudge cake. Frustrating being the carb sensitive one! Likely be 10 lbs heavier and I won't feel good tomorrow. Back to basics for me. The important thing to remember is that tomorrow is not a holiday! Glad you posted today! Thanks for being here.

Beer to wash down the chocolate fudge cake?  LOL  That's priceless!

Yep...time for us both to get back to doing our do!!! 

It's 5:00am... I've been up since 4... my husband is about to leave for work and I'm leaving the bfast dishes go and gonna get my shower then make like a shepherd and GET THE FLOCK OUTTA HERE and into the gym!
